Dr. Deogratias Ndayishimiye

Dr. Deogratias Ndayishimiye is the Founder and President of Lema Consulting Partners, an African leadership and management consulting firm. He obtained his PhD in Leadership (Organizational Management concentration) with distinction from Carolina University in North Carolina, USA. He also holds a Masters of Arts in organizational leadership. Combining both theoretical insights and practical experience, Dr. Deogratias Ndayishimiye is dedicated to empowering Africans in general, and the youths in particular, by providing them with affordable up-to-date leadership knowledge and skills, enabling them to generate greater value for their communities. His doctoral research examined how and the extent to which a mix of coaching and authentic values in the workplace enhances employee citizenship within UN development programs in Africa.
